Our Level 2 Easy Click Model Kit, such as the RMS Titanic Passenger Liner Ship, requires no paint or cement for assembly, making it accessible for all skill levels.

How can I initiate a return?

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@davesdiscountdiecase.com within 30 days of receiving your item. We will guide you through the return process. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it, with tags and in its original packaging.

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy states that once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can exchange an item. The fastest way to ensure you get the desired item is to return the original item following our return process. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

What is the European Union 14-day cooling off period?

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned earlier, where the item must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
